 NANCY: NANCY9: Fix bugs with the "I can't" item sound

 - Now, these sounds will inherit the playback settings of the default
   "can't" sound, so they play on a sound-effects channel, without
   cutting off the background music
 - Also, now the correct captions are played for these sounds from the
   AUTOTEXT/CONVO chunks
