New description:

 In Dry Creek, there is no cellular reception. I noted some differences
 between original and ScummVM:

 - in ScummVM, the web browser still functions normally; in the original,
 the INTERNET BROWSER option is absent from the WEB menu;

 - The "No Signal, No Access, Old Email Only" text is positioned
 differently on the screen;

 - the HELP button should not be at the top of the screen (not that it
 actually makes sense--the help should be offline :P);

 - the DIR and dialing buttons (numpad) should be disabled (no hotspot; no
 response to clicks)

 Another thing... but it's certainly an original-game bug so I'm not sure
 whether it is something ScummVM should also do (edit: actually, turns out
 it is useful for calling the Sheriff, so ... maybe so??):

 - ...in the original, we can still call people because the DIR button is
 enabled on the WEB screen LOL. It draws a glitched "CONNECTED/No Signal"
 screen during the conversation.
