 Version: German Floppy

When finding the Lost Dialogue, normally a fanfare should be played by the
iMuse engine. However, in ScummVM there is an awkward silence before the
 regular music sets back in.

Tested with finding the dialogue in the cat and using the coal to get it.
It has the same problem in the CD version (tested that one as well).
Question is, if that also goes for other places where said fanfare is
 played.

EDIT: the fanfare is played when finding the dialogue in the bookcase from
above, so the fanfare runs somehow afoul of the basement music in ScummVM.
 (it works in DosBox)

EDIT 2:The fanfare also doesn't play properly when finding the Dialogue in
 the chest.

EDIT 3: After further experimenting I also got no fanfare when getting the
squab in Algiers, but it sounded like remnants of it were there, but with
most instruments being muted. Then I remembered that some songs started
out strangely, as if instruments are muted, most prominent the start of
 the song in New York.

Since I was using MT-32, I then checked in Adlib mode, and all is fine
there. The fanfares as all there and the music also has all instruments.
Therefore, this must be some problem with the ScummVM-implementantion of
 how iMuse uses MT-32.
