 In the Main Menu, the original uses the hotspot (red-outline) yellow
 pointing cursor; ScummVM uses the non-hotspot (no outline) yellow pointing
 cursor.

 At the player challenge screen ("New Game"), the various options have
 incorrect hover cursors: the original uses a red magnifying glass for each
 of the three buttons, but ScummVM uses:
 - Clockwise rotation, for tutorial;
 - hotspot white hand for Senior;
 - hotspot white hand for Junior.

 I know graphical issues are expected at this time so for now I will be
 silent on other cursor issues.
