 Thanks for reporting this and including screenshots and translations.

 I can reproduce this, but I don't know exactly what's going on yet. Our
 Resource Manager is not returning the correct bytes for message resource
 522, leading to the crash when those bytes get parsed.

 Dumping message 522 with the debugger when the game starts produces the
 same incorrect bytes. My SCI tools extract message resource 522 correctly.
