 The issue is intermittent and didn’t happen to me afterwards.
 I have attached a save file that I named “frozen throw” - apparently, I
 made it when the projectiles froze.

 But when I load it now, the projectiles continue flying.

 I’m afraid I cannot reproduce it any longer.
