 While kayaking, Nancy can't go in some directions. This can make it
 frustrating to return to the dock.

 - Immediately after launch, for a couple scenes in this direction, there
 is no turn-around hotspot at the bottom.
 - Advancing once from the dock, we should be able to turn right twice, but
 Nancy can only turn right once.

 To return to the dock, we need to advance at least twice from the dock,
 then turn right twice, then advance to the dock, experiencing #16773 along
 the way; now I actually wonder if that might be related!
