 I extracted the files from the installation CDs by using the ScummVM
 Dumper Companion.

 In that context I made an interesting discovery:
 If you DO NOT hook "''use MacBinary encoding''" then it will later be
 recognized as German Windows version, despite the presence of the file
 EFMI Installer which is mentioned in the Wiki regarding the Mac version.
 But if you DO hook "''use MacBinary encoding''" then you will get the text
 below when trying to add the game:

 The game in 'Escape From Monkey Island (German) Mac CD\' seems to be an
 unknown game variant.
