 These hotspots are handled by ARs that are enabled with default AR
 dependency types, so these kinds of dependencies are not handled
 correctly.

 I've done a relevant fix in 6d7e642afc4f42718000e436d66ae6559acb5ca1, but
 this doesn't address these cases
