 Hmm good news and bad on this one. So The actual original bug is now
 fixed, if I fall off the edge and load a saved game it now correctly sets
 the player rotation state.

 However, there seems to be a new related bug, where enemy turrets in a
 room get inherited/passed between saves. Reproduction steps are this:

 1) Save the game in the game's first location
 2) Go to the Emerald room (or any area with enemy turrets)
 3) load the save created in 1)

 There will now be invisible turrets in the area at the same room
 coordinates as were in the room visited in 2) in the game's start
 location.
