 I just tried this, and it's the regression we have with the
 RippedLetterPuzzle kind of puzzles in the stable version 2016.2.0.

 Steps to reproduce, from the debugger:
 load_scene 3636
 set_eventflags 188 true

 It's a duplicate of bugs #16822, #16677 and #16748.
