 I have a confession: I think I failed you two! It looks like you're using
 an older copy of the scummvm code, because you included GF_EXTCHAR. I
 removed that flag in December to make developing translations easier.
 words.tok.extended is now automatically detected and always used if it
 exists. I remember thinking it would help you two, but then I guess I
 forgot to let know you? Oops!! Sorry =)
