 I can't reproduce this with upstream AGS (so looks like an ScummVM issue),
 but what I can say is that when you enter this cave, a darkening effect is
 applied to the verb menu. Apparently, this causes problems, and instead of
 just darkening the menu, the entire menu gets removed/darkened until
 nothing is visible anymore.
