 checking in dosbox: confirm

 only ESC and click will skip the cutscenes.

 if pressing ARROW while cutscene starts does not skip the cutscene


 easy place to test: go to missle base and ARROW walk directly up
 walking UP will cause the missle FMV to start and game over.

 dosbox: FMV plays and does not skip when pressing keyboard buttons
 scummvm: any interaction immediately skips cutscenes (all cutscenes)
