 DAY1 testing only

 dont mind the menu.ini is modified (not the issue)

 this only happened one time but was repeatable

 talking to colonel, make him angry and he will kill you
 only happens after the Video FMV and the Game Over

 however, if youre not talking to him and instead walk past him this does
 not happen


 did not observe during any other game over sequence

 unsure if bug exists in dosbox.
