 In the demo version of The Fool's Errand, it's possible to trigger menu
 items that aren't listed by selecting the dividers - the divider in the
 Demonstration menu activates a load/save dialog, while the second divider
 in the Apple menu errors out with "FoolGame::run: Prologue - Finale
 program not found!"
