 In Gabriel Knight, there is a hidden easter egg in the Honfour by using
 the whiteboard, which sadly has somewhat unusual activation requirements
 in creating a new file first, as documented here:
 https://tcrf.net/Gabriel_Knight:_Sins_of_the_Fathers#Jane_Scribble

 Since that obviously wouldn't work with ScummVM, would it be possible to
 influence the game files with ScummVM directly so that the easter egg is
 always available?
