 Hmm. I wanted to bisect, so went back to
 bb346803cf850d701178dc8094afb8eb629dcc6e when nancy11 was regarded as
 completable, and even then, it behaves this way for me.

 Would this be the first multibuildpuzzle with rotatable pieces [where
 rotating is actually necessary to solve]...?
