NANCY: NANCY10: Fix the cellphone search and e-mail lists

The scroll arrows now scroll these lists one row per click, instead
of moving the hidden selection of the contacts directory.

Re-adding a listed entry now replaces it in place, so a topic picks
up its new event flag. A re-added e-mail becomes unread again, and
new e-mails go to the top of the inbox.

 Fix #17344
