 NANCY: NANCY10: Fix ingredient counts in the cake mixing puzzle

 The ingredients already added are now kept when the player backs away
 and picks "ADD MORE INGREDIENTS", so they can be added over several
 visits. Throwing the mix away starts over, and no longer allows a
 cake to be baked from the ingredients thrown away.

 Fixes part of #17024
