 I wonder if commit `b4c7cbb9d171fd9a714039eb63339c2266a53c2b` (or an
 earlier one) may have fixed this, since then.

 (My Wii currently is in a box somewhere in my storage, so I don't know
 when I'll be able to make some new tests.)
