 Wow, thanks for the quick turnaround on the merging tool!  You're correct
 that I was using the installer files.  I remembered reading that the
 installer version was supported, but checking the wiki, I see that's just
 the DOS version.
 I remembered that I had a MacOS9 instance in UTM/QEMU, so I was able to
 install and extract the files using that method as well.
