 One argument for changing the voodoo smoke color is that it's consistent
 with the VGA floppy version. One argument against is that the Special
 Edition kept the new colors.

 For Smirk, there was no such consideration since the smoke was in neither
 the CD version nor the Special Edition.

 The animation is also used in the caves beneath the monkey head. I don't
 remember off-hand if colors were changed there too.
