 I remembered someone (possibly me) adding an optional enhancement to add
 the smoke in the caves, but since I'm writing this on a phone I didn't
 bother to look it up. Looking at it now, I think the enhancement only
 applies to the VGA floppy version. Apparently it was already present in
 most other versions. (Possibly removed from the VGA floppy version for
 performance reasons.)
