 i have trouble to reproduce this - are you using any of the enhancements
 like the verb ui? does this also happen when you load the savegame
 directly from the launcher?

 the mouse cursor is saved - if you e.g. are not using the verb ui - open
 with right click the action menu, the hit f5 to save with the gmm - then
 load this savegame again, you have a red action menu cursor even though
 the action menu is not opened.

 but even with that issue, the gmm doesn't open on right click.
