 On-screen gamepad reticle is still very slow and unplayable in certain
 levels (possibly any levels with reticle).

 Sept 3 daily build.

 Samsung Android 16 (One UI 8).

 Bluetooth PS5 controller is fine. Only affects ScummVM's on-screen
 gamepad.
