New description:

 Trying to get the key from the Blonde guy, he doesn't show up. Extensive
 testing has been done on it, its completely no go in the saves I have in
 getting the key.

 This is technically a game bug from what I can see (or mostly
 assume/guess).

 Am wondering if it can be fixed ScummVM side?

 I can attach the saves if you'd think that's something that might be done
 and if you could use them. Can close otherwise.

 Can't remember what ScummVM version it was but quite sure I tested last
 month in daily build Android and Windows.
