 Hi antoniou79,
 I would like to investigate this issue and work on a fix. It looks like an
 unreleased file handle / stream lock on the .dat archive on Windows before
 the deletion/replacement routine executes.
 I will reproduce it locally on Windows and submit a patch / PR once
 verified
