Comment:

 Hi, I actually had to submit a correction to the most popular walkthrough
 for the game because it's easy to assume that there is some action you can
 do or place that you need to go for him to show up again.  There isn't,
 it's a 10 minute timer.

 Can you try waiting 10 minutes in-game and then go back and see if he
 shows up again?

 If that still fails, can you attach your save file?
