New description:

 This happens when I use the number wheel in the casino to open it in Deja
 Vu (Zojoi re-release). Before:

 [[Image(scummvm-deja_vu-00007.png)]]

 After:

 [[Image(scummvm-deja_vu-00008.png)]]

 If I enter the casino for the first time through the wine cellar, the
 roulette table is already gone.

 I mentioned this on https://bugs.scummvm.org/ticket/17165 but I think it
 now warrants its own bug report.
