 You are completely right, this is a updated translation that I wasn't
 aware of.

 The original translation is from 2001 (looking the file itself) when the
 new version is from 2019.

 I had never big issues with the original translation... that's why I never
 looked for another one, I always had stored the old one and used it when
 playing.

 So, whatever you think: You can add the old translation too, or not.

 But also testing this I need to point it out: The 2019 translation is
 autonamed "''Sanitarium (Fanmade/Windows/Spanish)''". I don't know If
 there is a template of how the game names should be, but that "Fanmade"
 seems out of place.

 I'm testing with the GOG version, with the fan translation, It should be
 more like "''Sanitarium (GOG.com/Windows/Spanish Fan Translation)''" or
 even the old translation (If you decide to add it) something like
 "''Sanitarium (GOG.com/Windows/Spanish Fan Translation - Old version)''".

 Maybe there is a reason for that "Fanmade"...
