 In the vicinity of Joe's Bar, you randomly encounter a mugger that you can
 either pay off or beat up a couple of times. If you choose the latter, the
 next times you encounter him he's supposed to look more and more beat up.
 I think this is done just by drawing black eyes, a bloody nose, etc. on
 top of the graphics.

 But in ScummVM this doesn't happen.

 Tested with the Zojoi re-release of the game.
