 Tested with ScummVM 2026.3.1git31684-g993529e20dc (Sep 13 2026 04:34:49),
 now It throws the Pick Game dialog with only:

 - Rex Nebular and the Cosmic Gender Bender (DOS/English)
 - Rex Nebular Bonus Disk (DOS/English)

 Which is correct, and both work.

 About the Spanish fan translation I mentioned, is detected as English. The
 reason is because ScummVM is not looking any file involved in the
 translations in games made with MADS. I'm gonna open other issue about
 Nebular about that, but there is also a Phantom one
