 Some additional info from my testing, now that I got the segmentation
 fault issue a few more times (still on Windows):

 - I was clicking through (skipping) the dialog with madam Romanski.
 - I consistently interrupted Romanski while she was talking "There you are
 my dear..." to bring up the ScummVM menu (Ctrl+F5), then press Resume, and
 then Continue from the main menu.
 - After a few "Continues", and if the segmentation fault had not triggered
 yet *and* I allowed the conversation to end without bringing up the
 ScummVM menu, I would get a message on the log like the following:

 WARNING: LaunchDialogAndWaitForEnd: Reentrency error, your are already in
 a yielded/sync function call!
 WARNING: LaunchDialogAndWaitForEnd: Reentrency error, your are already in
 a yielded/sync function call!
 WARNING: LaunchDialogAndWaitForEnd: Reentrency error, your are already in
 a yielded/sync function call!
 WARNING: TeLuaThread::_resume: attempt to call a nil value!
 }}}
 - The above meant that the conversation had stopped quite earlier from
 where it was supposed to end (also, note, if manually saving at this point
 and reloading, madam Romanski and the automaton would be gone from the
 scene).
 - After this happened (converstation ended before it was meant to), then
 the next time of the sequence Ctrl+F5 -> Resume -> Continue -> Go back
 into the room and talk to Romanski, would always trigger the segmentation
 fault.
 - I also got the seg fault a few times without getting the abrupt
 conversation ending.
