 NANCY: NANCY8+: Fix lowercase letters in Russian fonts

 The Russian versions of Nancy8+ keep the first extended FONT offset
 pointing to a Latin glyph, so lowercase Cyrillic letters were drawn
 with accented Latin ones. Derive the lowercase offset from the
 uppercase one instead, since lowercase letters directly follow the
 uppercase ones in the font data.
