MorphOS is basically capable of dynamic linking, problem is, the linker
doesn't support it yet. I'd have to do dynamic linking "by hand". I'll
have to ask the MorphOS folks if they have done something about the
linker ...

Are you sure? I think it's allowed to statically link LGPL and non-GPL
code, if you provide the LGPL parts as source and the non-GPL parts
as object files that can be relinked together with possibly changed
LGPL-sources into a new binary.
