Of course I'm not talking about illegal copies of games.
I mean putting several games you legally own on a single disc, for both 
convenience and preserving your original discs.
How would you be wasting a cd-r if you need one to burn ScummVM anyway?
No one I know uses their original discs when using ScummVM (dreamcast 
port or otherwise) - I know I sure as hell don't.
Also, I might be incorrect on this, but doesn't the dreamcast have a 
CAV drive? So wouldn't it make sense trying to get your game data as 
much near the outer edge as possible?
I admit I haven't tried the Dreamcast port since several versions, but 
the minor skipping I encountered using my original Indy4 and DOTT cds 
annoyed me to no end back then.

The game is released as just a single datafile and there is no way for 
endusers to decompress the sound again (other than writing their own 
tool for the job) and I'm not particularly interested in writing one or 
adding said functionality to 'queenrebuild'.
