Sev, could you do this?

I guess a subdirectory is okay, with maybe a file for the main/generic
insane code (insane.cpp), ben's actor code (insane_ben.cpp), enemy code
(insane_enemy.cpp)? Between Ben's code and the Enemy code that's a large
chunk of insane.cpp at the moment, and should hopefully be enough to
produce a smaller object :P
