That is indeed a great idea, moreover we have a week for that. Another
question is backups. How that is going to be handled?

Yeah, problem is that we can't go and blindly create all accounts of
users which participated in discussion. Probably some searchable text
archive could be created? At least it would be nice if somebody
(you?) post a support request to sf.net so they will dump all our
forums into downloadable tarball. I remember they advertised once
that they can do it.

At least we need means of disabling future posts to sf.net forums.

I think we don't really need development-related forum, scummvm-devel
serves good.

What I may suggest additionally to our Help and General discussions a
big group "Ports" could be created with separated forums for PalmOS,
WinCE, SymbianOS, PSP and Others created.
