[Scummvm-devel] Add user submitted GUI themes to trunk?

Well that works easy for themes using the 'default' Layout, but not
for our Ice-Theme for example (I guess). Anyway I thought of
implementing a nice auto updater once, but I did not see too much
possible use of it yet, as I do not think many people would use (or do
use) custom themes anyway.
