[Scummvm-devel] Porters: Please make sure your port specific READMEs are in SVN

Well, yes, we never said it explicitly in our official sources, but
there were quite clear implicit statements. For instance, here is an
excerpt from my ScummVM 0.10.0 release report from 17th of June, 2007:

It does not explicitly tells that files have to be in SVN, but
implicitly you have to come to this conclusion.

It would be really good if we will do our best that every port could be
built directly from our release tarball, and preferably with
instructions provided on Wiki.

Also this could really help if we will succeed with instantiation of
compile farm.
