Your efforts on improving those files are welcome. Yes, this is OK to
update the tarballs. Moreover, for FOTAQ we will have to update the
tarball anyway due to bug #1876741 FOTAQ: Low sample rate.

As of the icons, there was a great thread on our forums:

I suppose that the author will be glad if at least some of his
creations would be officially included. Also it will make sense to have
similar icon for Drascula too, I will try to request this icon. Now I
am going to post a question on that thread for legal permission to
use those icons.

Feel free to post here new versions of readme.txt and we will discuss.
