[Scummvm-devel] Global Menu Options

Hi Max, everyone,

Yes, I still pay attention to what's happening with ScummVM... :)

I think I added the "GlobalDialog" dialog class because I was modeling it
after the "ScummDialog" dialog class.  But I agree, it seems to do nothing.
It's great to see the GMM getting some attention, and I would like to help
out where I can, I've just been so busy with school.

Also, the Advanced Engine Features wiki page looks really great Max.
