[Scummvm-devel] timing news postings

Why not just make it a "rule" that these kinds of announcements will only be
made on the 15th and 30th of every month (assuming there's something to
announce). You can then have a wiki page that will contain the drafts of the
messages you want to post, and on those two days every month, someone can
grab the draft messages and post them to the page.
