Actually I'm also unsure why we need to keep freesci's web page in our 
repository. I guess for historical reasons the two source code branches 
should be enough. But since I'm not too much interested about backups of 
web pages, it might be just me :-).

I don't know if it would make too much sense, when none of the original 
developers are active anymore. For other developers the additional diffs 
etc. might not be really helpful.
