  hello!

I just bought the game Gobliiins 4 from GamersGate about an hour ago.
Now, the reason for my purchase was that ScummVM project, along with
the games original developer, announce that I'd get Gobliiins parts
1-3 for free once I bought the game from GamersGate [1]. They also
mentioned that I could get the same deal from impulsedriven.com. I'm
using Ubuntu operating system and I do realize I would probably not be
able to play Gobliiins 4 at all. ScummVM would how ever enable me to
play parts 1-3, and I thought getting part 4 along parts 1-3 would do
no harm.

Price for the game in your web store was 19.95e. I could have bought
the game from Impulse for 14.32 e, which was obviously a lot cheaper.
Impulse also mentioned on their web site that the game would be
shipped with parts 1-3 included. The reason why I chose GamersGate web
store was that you never mentioned there would be any kind of Windows
specific complications with downloading the product. Quite the
opposite your web site stated it would be just "Buy, Download, Play!".
Pulse on the other hand was quite straight about their web stores
limitations. They even mention that I'm going to need Internet
Explorer to use their web store. It seems their business was hurt by
their honesty. I was happy for the opportunity to pay 5 euros extra
for getting a decent download link to avoid complications.

Once I received the exe file in "My Games" section, I was worried if I
would be able to deal with it. I thought positively. Maybe it would be
just a self extracting compressed file that I could open. It turned
out to be just a regular piece of Windows software so I used Ubuntu's
Wine environment for running the software and it started downloading
something. I was hoping that it would now download the actual game.
Little did I know that it would only download some unkown file type
that would be used to run another piece of Windows software. After
tweaking Wine for some time by changing the version of Windows it was
supposed to mime and trying two different versions of a file called
"mfc42.dll", that seemed to be missing but which I could find with
Google, I managed to get the installer running and was able to install
the game. It turned out that the parts 1-3 were not included. Atleast
I wasn't able to find them. Gobliiins 4 did also not work under Wine,
but as I said earlier, that was not something I was expecting.

Could you please tell me how to obtain Gobliiins parts 1-3? In case I
cannot get them, I'm asking you kindly for a refund, as I'm simply not
able to use any part of the product I bought.

  sincerely --Toni Ruottu
