Well actually:
a) only in Scumm and some other engines, cause at least Simon2
and IHNM just show those you actually saved
b) only when we load. When we save, we correctly hide Slot 0,
cause we don't want people to overwrite the autosave. Since
the autosave is a special case in Save list, it could be a
refined special case in Load list, where we only show it when
it's actually used by an autosave (of course on an engine that
supports autosave ;-).
But if everybody else like it empty, that's fine with me, just
looked out of place to show an empty slot where I cannot save to,
when I go from Load to Save.
Since we are in savefile theme: anybody on #11?
[it's pre-formatted saved games on PS2, where you can only
enter "0", "y", "n" + enter using the joypad, which does
not make typing meaningful names very easy]
How do other console ports handle this?
