Indeed. We've discussed it in the past, and translating Website after
GUI translations are in place is completely logical thing.

For the readme, I propose to create shortened version of it which will
deal with game adding and running, without description of all options
(use tooltips for those), and make that translated too.

At that time we came to conclusion that it would be hard for the team,
since somebody who speaks that language will have to watch the forums.
Currently our success was just because every developer has moderatorial
permissions, and that we all speak English and can answer questions
regarding our platforms and engines. There is no single person in the
team who can answer all questions, and thus, he/she will need help of
other devs. Also not all of us are frequent forum readers.
