Hi,
2011/4/8 Max Horn <max at quendi.de>:
> Hi folks,
> maybe somebody can take care of updating the links on the website, forums, wiki and wherever else we might be linking to gog.com?
I've updated the links on the wiki, on the website and on the doxygen
and the forums headers in SVN r55942. I've updated the main website
server, but I don't know how to update the doxygen and the forums, so
it would be nice if someone could take that last step.
I also haven't looked at the forums posts (I'm not very familiar with
the forums), so it would be nice if someone else could take care of
that too.
Regards,
Jordi Vilalta

>>
>> Hi GOG Affiliates !,
>>
>> Today is the day when we announce the first change in the GOG Affiliate Program for the upcoming Banner Rotation System remake.
>> We will be changing the Affiliate Link format.
>>
>> The existing Affiliate Link is :
>> - where "affiliate_id" is your unique set of numbers and letters
>>
>> The New Affiliate Link will be:
>>
>> So the whole change is to use "?pp=affiliate_id" instead of "/pp/affiliate_id/"
>>
>> The linking process remains the same, so the link works for any page inside GOG.com.
>> We know it is a process which will take time and we give you hopefully enough days to accommodate the new changes
>>
>> The Change Schedule is as follows:
>> 6 April 2011 - The new links start to work alongside the old links (both will work so don't worry about losing customers while changing links)
>> 25 April 2011 - The old affiliate links are being turned off so only NEW ones work
>>
>> The 25th April is a final date, this is as much time we could get from the Web Dev Team.
>> The new links format won't affect your already signed up users.
>>
>> Remember to contact me with any questions that you may have about the changes or how to integrate them in your website.
>>
>> Yours sincerely,
>>
