[Scummvm-devel] Release 1.3.0 schedule

sky needs a complete re-test too due to "f621f6a505 SKY: get rid of 
timer based gfx updates".

If one were pressed for time it would probably be sufficient to only 
test the few places where the timer is actually used, namely the 
(floppy-)intro and the 2(?) 'swing' sequences where you use the anchor 
and the rope.
